Completion of the “Basics of Casting Training Program”

As part of the Manufacturing HR Support (MHS) service provided by Kimura Foundry India (KFI), the “Basics of Casting Training Program” (totaling 80 hours) was recently conducted, and all participants have successfully completed the entire course.

Based on the specific requests from the participants, this program was optimally customized and delivered by adapting our standard curriculum. Through the fulfilling lectures spanning a long duration of 80 hours, the participants enthusiastically studied the core knowledge that forms the foundation of casting technology.

In this “Basics of Casting Training Program,” participants not only systematically learn the fundamental theories of casting but also acquire highly practical and comprehensive technical skills. These range from hands-on CAD software operations directly linked to practical work, analysis of fluid flow and solidification simulations, and cutting-edge 3D printing technology, to “NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)” and “various mechanical tests” indispensable for quality control.

By flexibly customizing the program according to the current technical levels and backgrounds of the participants, we were able to maximize the educational effectiveness of the training. Consequently, we received highly positive feedback from the participants this time, who expressed an exceptionally high level of satisfaction.

KFI’s casting training courses will continue to align closely with the needs of the casting industry. Through a flexible and effective approach, we remain fully committed to supporting the development of highly skilled casting professionals and technological advancement to sustain manufacturing in India.
